Returns
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
- Unopened and unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original sealed packaging.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send photos of the product and packaging to [insert support email], and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
